Using only our custom designed capacitance sensors and advanced analytics software, Tech4Imaging delivers a complete solution for nearly any 2 phase flow. Our solutions have been proven time and again to deliver fast and accurate results for analyzing flows involving any combination of gas, solids, liquids, and even ionization phenomena such as flames.

How It Works
Electrical Capacitance Volume Tomography (ECVT) is primarily a non-invasive, non-destructive 3D imaging technology. This means that we can re-create a digital 3D model of whatever materials happen to be within the sensing region of our sensors without inserting any kind of probes or diverting material flow through alternative piping systems. Whatever we would like to image, we can simply place our sensors around the object, container, or pipe without damaging the object or disrupting flow through the pipe.
Calculate motion vectors for every voxel (3D pixel) in your 3D image with a much faster method than cross-correlation.
Know how much of each phase is in your process and where in real time.
Rotate, cut, slice, zoom, and explore your process like never before.
Our advanced sensor design allows our applications to be incredibly practical and versatile for extreme environments where most other electronic sensors would fail. For these extreme conditions our sensing electrodes come embedded in a flanged or weld on spool that matches the inner diameter of your process vessel so that the sensor remains completely non-invasive.
